In my day-to-day role at Vista Financial Group/BEA Financial, I focus on client services and administration tasks. This involves ensuring smooth communication between clients and our team, managing administrative duties, and providing essential support to ensure the seamless operation of our services.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
What I enjoy most about my job is the opportunity to build and nurture relationships with our clients. The ability to connect with individuals, understand their needs, and provide support brings immense satisfaction and fulfillment to my role.
What's the most challenging work in your role that you did and how did you overcome it?
One of the most challenging aspects of my role was adapting to new systems and communication tools. Initially, it felt overwhelming to navigate through various platforms and processes. However, I overcame this challenge by taking a deep breath and tackling one thing at a time. By breaking down the learning process into manageable steps, I was able to gradually familiarize myself with the new systems and tools, ultimately gaining confidence in using them effectively.
When and where was your best vacation?
My best vacation memory takes me back many years ago to a captivating journey through Spain, where serendipity and romance intertwined. It was during this enchanting escapade that I had the delightful fortune of meeting my husband. Amidst the breathtaking landscapes, rich cultural experiences, and newfound love, Spain became the backdrop for cherished memories that continue to warm my heart to this day.
What do you do in your spare time?
In my spare time, I prioritise taking care of my family, including my husband, daughter, and our beloved Golden Retriever. I also make time for self-care activities such as swimming twice a week and enjoying leisurely walks. Additionally, I'm an avid reader and always on the lookout for good book recommendations to indulge in during my downtime.
What's your go-to karaoke song?
While I'm not much of a karaoke singer, if I were to choose a go-to song, it would be Frank Sinatra's "New York, New York." There's something timeless and uplifting about the melody and lyrics that never fail to bring joy and energy to any occasion.

If I were to identify with a character from a TV show or movie, it would be Mary Tyler Moore. In my previous life as a single woman, I could relate to her character's independent spirit, dynamic work environment, and vibrant friendships.
